ORDER CANCELLATION AND REFUND POLICY

You can cancel the order before it is shipped/shipped by the seller. Once the cancellation is completed, you will receive a full refund.

However, you cannot cancel the order after it has been delivered. After this stage, you can choose to return or exchange the product.

Go to ‘My Account Section’.

Click ‘My Orders’ to manage your order.

Click on the order you want to cancel and tap the ‘Cancel’ icon.

After filling in the ‘Reason for Cancellation’ Box, click ‘Send Request’ to start the process.

Once your request is approved, the cancellation procedure is initiated.

Once the cancellation process is initiated, it may take approximately 1-2 business days for the request to be processed. Once the cancellation process is completed, the refund will be initiated. The refund period depends on the refund period of the bank from which you made the payment, independent of our company.

After your refund request is approved, if the normal period is exceeded in any way, regardless of force majeure, you must contact your relevant bank directly.

30-day replacement warranty is an assurance that HERBASHIFA gives to its valued customers. If you receive a ‘Damaged’ or ‘Defective’ item from the seller, you can easily exchange it within 30 days from the delivery date.

The normal exchange process runs throughout the 30-day period.

This means that the exchange will only be approved if the delivered product has its original labels and is in intact condition. Products must be unused and packaged in brand packaging.

If you receive a product that is defective, damaged or different from the actual product; You can return it within 10 days. The full product amount will be refunded to you without paying any extra fee.

You can contact us to initiate your return request within 10 days from the delivery of the product.

If the product was damaged due to misuse after delivery, it is not covered by the return policy.

Products that have been opened, consumed or tampered with after opening are not covered by the return policy.

Products with missing labels and/or original packaging are not covered by the return policy.

In order to successfully initiate the return process, all original labels and packaging must be preserved after the product is received.

After the cancellation or refund request is processed and completed; The refund amount is directly transferred to the source from which the payment was made.

It may take 7-10 business days for the refund to be reflected in your bank account, depending on your bank’s processing time.
